Welcome to JAY4EXCHANGE. By initiating a trade with us via our landing page, WhatsApp, or email, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. The Service

JAY4EXCHANGE provides a platform for users to exchange valid gift cards for cash payments. We act as a direct service provider for these liquidations.

2. Trade Requirements & Verification

  • Card Validity: You must provide valid, unused gift card codes or images.
  • Verification Period: All cards undergo a mandatory verification process. The time for verification varies depending on the card type.
  • Right to Refuse: We reserve the right to reject any gift card that is already redeemed, inactive, or flagged as fraudulent.

3. Payments

  • Accuracy: You are responsible for providing correct bank account details. JAY4EXCHANGE is not liable for funds sent to an incorrect account provided by the user.
  • Finality: Once a gift card has been verified and the payment has been processed, the transaction is considered final and cannot be reversed.
  • Rates: Exchange rates fluctuate based on market demand. The rate agreed upon at the start of the chat/transaction is the rate that will be honored.

4. User Obligations

By using our service, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are the legal owner of the gift card being traded.
  • The gift card was obtained through legitimate means.
  • You will not provide fraudulent, doctored, or "second-hand" used codes.

5. Prohibited Activities

Any attempt to scam, provide used cards, or engage in fraudulent behavior will result in an immediate permanent ban from our services. We may also report fraudulent activity to the relevant authorities.

6. Limitation of Liability

JAY4EXCHANGE is not responsible for any losses resulting from:

  • User error (submitting the wrong code or bank info).
  • Technical delays in the banking system or gift card issuer networks.
  • The loss of card value if the card is traded elsewhere simultaneously.
